Frequently asked questions

How do I create an account?

Download Oushodh.app from Google Play, enter your mobile number, and verify it with the one-time passcode (OTP) we send you by SMS. No password is needed.

What does it cost a supplier?

Pro has no monthly or setup fee. You top up a platform balance, and every order placed with you in the app takes a commission from it: currently 1% of the goods value, not counting delivery or COD charges. The commission is kept if an order is declined, cancelled or returned; a pharmacy's own cancel within 12 hours of ordering puts it back on your platform balance. When your platform balance runs out, Pro switches off until you top up. Your platform balance does not expire and is not paid back.

How do I become a Pro supplier?

Register as a supplier in the app with your trade or drug licence and a photo of your shop. Once our team verifies your shop, we turn on Pro and pharmacies can order from you. Each order takes its commission from your platform balance. To top up, message us and we send the payment details. Questions? WhatsApp us at 01712-915981.

Can I manage my deliverymen and cash in the app?

Yes. Add your own deliverymen, hand orders to them, see each delivery they record with a photo, location and time, and settle the cash they collected with numbered receipts.

I didn't receive my OTP — what should I do?

Make sure your phone has network coverage and that you entered the correct number, then request a new code after a short wait. If it still doesn't arrive, contact us at info@oushodh.app.

How do I report a listing or another user?

Use the report option available on listings and profiles within the app. Our team reviews every report to keep the marketplace safe and trustworthy.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account and data from inside the app, or by email request. See our Account & data deletion page for full instructions.
